1400m – Turf

Agapi Mia

Easily her best run was when runner-up on the all-weather at Chantilly but not so good since and dropping significantly in trip.

Caliste

Will be a leading fancy in this on the basis of plenty of enthusiastic performances lately, and only held by a short neck over this course and distance last time.

Dream Academy

Moved from the UK during the summer, and won a minor event at Saint-Cloud on his first French start. Has run OK since and seems fairly handicapped.

Faithfilly Man

Supplemented into this, he ran a fine race as a big-priced outsider over this course and distance in June and also won three races during a fruitful 2020.

Funny Valentine

Showed plenty of flair in 2019 that included a good second over this course and trip. Less good this year but her handicap mark has eased.

Inattendu

A three-times winner who has run some decent races here but was never travelling well in a handicap over course and distance last time.

Kanderas

Has run some decent races in 2020 without winning but had
some of these rivals ahead of him here last time.

Larno

A past winner over this course but has run some dismal races recently and a collapsing handicap mark may not be enough.

Millfield

A veteran of 50 races in France and five times a winner including over this course and distance last year. Also an encouraging Longchamp third last time.

Mrs Worthington

Supplemented into this, even though she is yet to win and  has failed to distinguish herself in two previous starts here.

Parigote

Was a 1300m Deauville winner on her penultimate start and again showed perky form there last time. Chances if she can repeat those efforts at this very different track.

Space Ace

A minor UK victory over this trip and on fast ground is her only win so far. Wasn’t beaten far when fourth at Saint-Cloud last time.

Vipin

Failed to win in England and has been soundly beaten on all French starts, starting at big odds each time.

Viscount Barfield

Hasn’t made much impact on his previous Longchamp visits but he does at least come here fresh from a 1350m success over eight rivals at a provincial track last month.
