The Appeal lodged by Trainer T P Yung against the penalty imposed by the Stipendiary Stewards on 5 April 2020 to fine him $3,000 for failing to comply with a Club direction issued on 30 March 2020 in respect of the quota of horses permitted to work on the Large All Weather Track on 1 April 2020, was heard by the Stewards of the Jockey Club at 10:00 a.m. on 24 April 2020.

The Appeal Panel carefully considered all the evidence taken in this case together with the further evidence taken at the hearing today.

The Panel dismissed the Appeal and ordered the deposit forfeited to the Race Fund.
