1800m – Dirt

Win Unified

Winless in 20 starts since last took a 2100m dirt event a class below at Tokyo in November 2016.  Course and distance winner back in November 2014. Settles back but can sit handy. No track worries.

M O Glitter

Won at this course and distance in May before 5th in Uchibo Stakes on 1800m dirt at Nakayama in September latest. Generally leads or sits handy but can settle in midpack. Prefers good or fast ground. 

Curren Kaka

Won 4 from 22 career starts, including 2 wins over 1800m at Kyoto. Finished below par over 1800m on dirt at Nakayama in September latest after four-month off. Generally settles midfield or better. Prefers good or fast ground. 

Quickfire

Won by 10 lengths over 1800m at Chukyo this January.  Very consistent runner and no concerns for his form even after two-month off.  Sits handy. Tested only on good and fast ground.

Great Time

Ran 2nd in the G3 Unicorn Stakes (1600m) at Tokyo last June, the winner took 3 G1/JPN G1 titles subsequently. Also 3rd in the JPN G1 Japan Dirt Derby (2000m) last July. Returned after an eight-month off and finished 6th over 1800m at Hanshin in April last out. No track concern. Hold-up runner.

Koma Bisho

Won over the course and distance, also took a 2nd and 3rd each from 5 starts at Kyoto. Stormed home to pull off a 6L win a class below over 2000m at Hanshin in September latest. Settles in midfield or better. Prefers good or fast ground. 

Meisho Eiko

Very consistent runner. Won 4 and placed 14 times from 26 starts, including 1 win, 3 seconds and 1 third from 7 outings at Kyoto. Fought on well for 3rd over 2000m at Hanshin in September latest. No track issue.  Generally stays back. 

Meisho Tachimachi

4 wins, 2 each at 2000m turf and 1700m dirt, from 28 career starts.  Also finished 2nd at the course and distance, and the same class, last October. Finished 3rd and 4th in two recent starts at Hanshin in September. Can lead or sits handy. No ground issue.

Red Frey

Never missed on board in 5 outings with 3 wins over this distance. Wire-to-wire win over 1800m at Niigata in August latest. Usually sits handy but can lead. Tested only on good and fast ground.
