| 3 | Lim’s Mighty | Has failed to produce his best form in Singapore but recently trialled well, indicating that he is on the improve. Big riding change with Vlad Duric going into the saddle and watch the betting. |
| 4 | Hyde Park | On pace runner who should be well placed from the inside barrier draw and is more than capable of causing a minor upset and winning. |
| 5 | Mascot | Failed at three local starts since arriving from Australia and will need a big improvement to feature. |
| 6 | Dazzle Gold | Has been steadily improving since arriving from the UK and showed enough last start to suggest he can win a race soon at this lower level. |
| 7 | Super Speed | Has been disappointing since arriving from Australia. Pulled up lame two starts ago and last start was never sighted. Has ability so watch the betting market. |
| 8 | Boy Next Door | Has never won on turf and seemingly produces his best form on the Polytrack. Place chance. |
| 9 | Just Landed | Every chance last start when 7th to Super Smart in a handy Class 4 race. He will find this easier. |
| 10 | Jumpin Jack | Form has been down since winning an easier race five starts ago and this looks too tough. |
| 11 | Heartlight | Scored a win at his Singapore debut but failed at his next eight starts and has been struggling. |
| 12 | Parador | Has never won in Class 4 in five attempts and probably needs it easier. |
| 13 | Zman | Has failed at all six Singapore starts and is hard to recommend. |
| 14 | Mamamia Mamamia | Heavily supported last start but disappointed for 7th place. Where there is smoke there is fire, look for a better showing. |
