Freelance Jockey Derek K C Leung, who suffered a mild concussion when dislodged from GAMEPLAYER EMPEROR at the Sha Tin racemeeting on Wednesday, 8 May 2019, will undergo a medical assessment on Sunday, 12 May 2019 to determine whether he is able to be declared for race riding engagements at the Happy Valley racemeeting on Wednesday, 15 May 2019.

A further release in respect of Jockey Leung’s fitness to ride will be issued at the appropriate time.
