The 31 horses catalogued at next month’s Hong Kong International Sale (March) paraded for the media at Sha Tin Racecourse this morning, Tuesday, 26 February.

This year’s auction is set to feature 15 geldings from Europe and 16 from Australasia. The unraced three-year-olds were purchased out of some of the world’s leading sale houses and will circle the ring at the Sha Tin Racecourse Paddock on the evening of Friday, 15 March, two days before the BMW Hong Kong Derby.

The attractive group includes the first son of the great Frankel (Lot 12) to be offered at the sale, as well as athletic progeny of eye-catching stallions such as Dubawi, Exceed And Excel, Scat Daddy, Acclamation, Snitzel, Kingman, I Am Invincible and Pierro.

The Hong Kong Jockey Club will hold a second edition of the Hong Kong International Sale in July.
