RACE 3 – LUCKY THOUGHT
LUCKY THOUGHT, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. LUCKY THOUGHT was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer C S Shum in the morning after racing. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its right front leg. Before being allowed to race again, LUCKY THOUGHT will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
RACE 3 – WHISKY KNIGHT
WHISKY KNIGHT, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings, however, the horse was unable to be scoped due to being fractious. WHISKY KNIGHT was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer J Moore in the morning after racing. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its right front leg. As previously advised, WHISKY KNIGHT will be subjected to an official veterinary examination before being allowed to race again.
RACE 6 – RADIANT BUNNY
RADIANT BUNNY, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. RADIANT BUNNY was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer C H Yip in the morning after racing. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its right front leg. As previously advised, RADIANT BUNNY will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination before being allowed to race again.
RACE 6 – ART OF RAW
ART OF RAW, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. ART OF RAW was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer K W Lui in the morning after racing. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its right front leg. Before being allowed to race again, ART OF RAW will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
The Veterinary Officer reported that examinations conducted yesterday morning of all other horses inspected during last Saturday’s racemeeting were shown to have no significant findings.
