Class 4 Handicap – Form Comments
| 1 | New Sensation | Returned suffering respiratory distress last start when well-beaten. Freshened up since that failure and has won in this class before. |
| 2 | Sun Pittsburgh | Returned to form last start with a fast finishing third place effort over 2000m. This race appears to have less depth and she must be rated a chance. |
| 3 | Yulong Sheng Long | Failed at all four Singapore starts and appears to be limited in ability. Hard to recommend. |
| 4 | Verizon | Last run suggested a win was near when he was beaten by a quality youngster. He will find this much easier and looks a top chance. |
| 5 | Waialae | Appears limited and had no excuses last start when weakening in the straight. Place chance at best. |
| 6 | Alamak | Lightly raced and form is better than it reads. Stormed home last start and looks more than capable of being in the finish. |
| 7 | Cracking Tottie | Temperamental mare who last start over-raced badly and subsequently weakened. Suited by the drop back in distance and is worth giving another chance to at this level. |
| 8 | Bebop | Last start winner in this grade who remains in great form. Rates a winning chance. |
| 9 | Kate’s Keeper | Backs up from winning last Sunday in a similar race. Reached a career high 69 rating in the past, so with a 56 rating he still appears well-placed. |
| 10 | Lim’s Pride | Heavily supported from 10/1 to 5/4 favourite when storming home to score in Maiden company. Rises in class and this will be a much tougher task. Place chance. |
| 11 | Shahbaa | Stormed home to win last start in easier grade and will find this race harder. Place chance. |
| 12 | Evil Speedo | Winner of last two starts in much easier grade. Rises in class and this is much tougher. |
| 13 | Millennium’s Rule | A fast finishing fifth place last start suggested his form was coming good again and he should not be underestimated at this level. |
| 14 | Dream Big | No excuses of late and hard to recommend. |
