At the Happy Valley race meeting conducted last night, Apprentice Jockey Victor C Wong rode his 20th winner on SICHUAN BOSS.  As such, Apprentice Wong’s claiming allowance is now reduced to 7 lbs commencing with the Sha Tin race meeting scheduled to be conducted on Sunday, 21 October 2018.
