Happy Valley race nights are keeping the heat on as the chill of autumn sets in with back-to-back Australian Boomerang parties. The Aussie-themed festivities take off on Thursday, 18 October and return six days later on Wednesday, 24 October.

The Beer Garden will give fans a flavour of all things Aussie as they enjoy live music and exciting sport.

Aussie culinary treats are available at trackside outlets for fans to savour – Sausage Roll -HK$50; Smoked Salmon, Vegetables & Potato Pancakes -HK$55; Beef Pie with Mashed Potato, Mashed Peas and Gravy -HK$60; Australian Lamb and Cheese Burger with Thick Chips -HK$80; Roasted Chicken, Potato Wedges and Cassis Sauce -HK$85.

On each of the two nights, The Gallery will be serving sumptuous food from the land down under paired with delicious Australian wines. At The Gallery and Stable Bend Terrace, games testing fans’ trivia knowledge in matching Aussie horses and jockeys will ensure that the parties roll on with loads of fun. There will be no drama in hunting for the best place to watch the racing – The Gallery overlooks the home straight while the Stable Bend Terrace gives a unique head-on view of the finishing straight!

At adrenaline, a variety of Australian dishes, beer and a selection of wines are served;guests enjoy complimentary admission from 10:00pm with Jennifer Palor and the live band playing until midnight.
