The Hong Kong Jockey Club Pre-Season Carnival will be held at Sha Tin Racecourse and Penfold Park on 25 August 2018. As a number of horse activities are being held on that day, and for reasons of public safety, dogs are not allowed in the Park. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
