Give your idea a jump-start and turn your smart concept into a “Gift at Races” product. The Hong Kong Jockey Club is giving racing fans an exciting opportunity to participate in the “Your Design, Your Racing Souvenirs” Contest and create a one-of-a-kind racing souvenir that may be turned into actual merchandise to be sold at “Gift at Races” stores.

The Club’s “Gift at Races” outlets at Sha Tin and Happy Valley Racecourses offer a wide range of racing-themed merchandise to racing fans, from exclusive collections to fun gifts for friends and family.

Participants can submit their design ideas for any kind of souvenirs that they would like to see created, featuring Hong Kong horse racing elements. Participants can submit image/multimedia files and a description of no more than 300 words either in English or Chinese to illustrate the design concept, theme and elements of the design work via an online application form on the Club’s website. Entries close at 23:59 on 13 August 2018.

Five winners will each collect a $10,000 cash prize. If the Club chooses to proceed with production of any merchandise based on any of the concept designs, the winning designer(s) will receive 10 pieces of the relevant souvenir product.

The results will be announced on the Club’s website on 27 August. Winners will be notified individually for prize collection.
