The Stewards have been provided with written advice from Racing Queensland that ZILONG (B113), which raced as Shocking Luck prior to being imported into Hong Kong, wore blinkers in its race starts conducted in that jurisdiction.

Mr P O’Sullivan, trainer of ZILONG, has requested he be permitted to race the horse in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test. Mr O’Sullivan’s request has been approved.
