The Licensing Committee has, by circulation of paper,

1. approved the termination, by mutual consent, of the Stable Retainer Agreement between Trainer John Moore and Jockey Tommy Berry with effect from Tuesday, 3 April 2018.
2. revoked the Stable Retained Jockey’s licence of Tommy Berry for the 2017/2018 racing season with effect from Tuesday, 3 April 2018.
3. granted a Club Jockey’s licence to Tommy Berry for the remainder of the 2017/2018 racing season with effect from Tuesday, 3 April 2018.
