Permission has been granted for Club Jockey Chad Schofield to be absent from Hong Kong in order to partner MERCHANT NAVY for Trainer Aaron Purcell in the VRC Newmarket Handicap (Group 1) to be conducted at Flemington Racecourse, Australia on Saturday, 10 March 2018. 

Jockey Schofield will not miss a Hong Kong race meeting due to the aforementioned overseas riding commitment.
