Some useful form at up to G1 level but not won since debut in 2021. Badly out of form this year and not certain to stay this far. Unlikely winner.

8-y-o. Well beaten in this race last year. Hint of revival for new stable in April. Tough task.

All five wins at 2200m and further. In good form until finished last when favourite in June. In the mix if returns to her best.

Lord Protector

Creditable fifth of 18 in this race last year. Recently returned to form and won similar handicap at Sandown this month. Good chance.

Steadily improved. Two good placed runs at this level this month. On career high handicap mark but decent chance.

Not won since debut in 2020 and became disappointing. Moved from France and ran respectably this month. Needs more.

Raced mainly at shorter. In fair form until well beaten in hot handicap at Royal Ascot in June. Needs more.

Big improver last year when won all four races. Returned after about ten months off with narrow defeat in good Handicap 5 days ago. Leading candidate.

Won 2-13, including over 2000m in June. Well held off raised handicap mark this month. Not ruled out.

Improved last year at up to 2000m but not matched that form this year. Needs to return to his best.

Marhaba The Champ

Lightly raced 4-y-o won 2 from 7. Twice had wind surgery and is inconsistent. A risky proposition.

Won 3-20, including over this course and distance. Good third in this race last year. Good chance if returns to form.

Won 1-17. Win was on debut in 2019. Steps up in Class. Would be a shock winner.
