King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Stakes Day from Great Britain (29 July 2023)

The Hong Kong Jockey Club will simulcast for betting eight races from the King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Stakes Day meeting at Ascot Racecourse in England on Saturday, 29 July.

The King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Stakes (G1, 2392m for 3yo+) was established in 1951 to mark the Festival of Britain, a national exhibition celebrated with innovative exhibitions and shows. The race had firmly established itself as the mid-summer showpiece of European racing.

Many of racing’s biggest names have won the race, including the legendary Italian champion Ribot (1956), the immensely talented but ill-fated Shergar (1981), the late Galileo (2001) and the exceptional Enable (2017, 2019, 2020).

Champions Cup Day from South Africa (30 July 2023)

Durban’s Greyville Racecourse will host the final major raceday of the South African racing season – the Champions Cup Day – on Sunday, 30 July. Nine stakes races will be simulcast live for betting from early evening.

The card features some important end of season championship deciders such as The HKJC Champions Cup, the Mercury Sprint, two 2yo Group Ones and the World Pool Gold Cup, the nation’s most prestigious staying race.

Glorious Goodwood races from United Kingdom (1 August to 3 August 2023)

Glorious Goodwood is one of the most historic racing festivals in the UK and one of flat racing’s most-watched events in the high summer. Racegoers turn up in their elegant fashion and enjoy top class racing in a relaxed atmosphere framed by picturesque views of Sussex countryside.

The Hong Kong Jockey Club will simulcast for betting the first three days of the Glorious Goodwood meeting, during which three stellar Group One races will be run and won, including the Goodwood Cup for stayers, the Sussex Stakes for 3yo and older milers and the Nassau Stakes for 3yo and up fillies and mares.
