The appeal lodged by Jockey Karis Teetan against the severity of the penalty imposed by the Racing Stewards on 8 October 2025 to suspend him from riding in races from 30 October 2025 until 3 November 2025 on which day he may resume race riding (2 Hong Kong racedays), for a breach of Rule 100(3)(ii)(a) when riding KYRUS DRAGON in Race 9 at the Happy Valley race meeting held that evening, will be heard by the Appeal Panel at 3 p.m. on Thursday 6 November 2025 at the Inquiry Room, Happy Valley Racecourse.
