A runaway winner on her debut and looked likely to win a G2 over this C&D last month only for Green Spirit to quicken past late on.

Looking increasingly smart and particularly impressive when landing a G2 at Doncaster last month proving herself at 1600m then. May be best on ground slower than good.

Clea Chope

A winner of three of her seven starts though they were at lesser tracks and over shorter distances than this. But a solid third in a G2 over C&D last month despite a difficult trip.

Bandiagara

Gained a hard fought victory at Chantilly on her second start. But neither that nor her other three starts suggest that she is about to win a ParisLongchamp G1.

Esna

It didn’t need much encouragement from her jockey to beat a well-regarded newcomer in a 1400m novices’ event at Sandown last month. Interesting despite this leap in class.

Venosa

Has not looked like winning any of her three starts and likely to be here in a pacemarking capacity.

Diamond Necklace

Beginning to justify her huge purchase price by nicely winning both her starts. Latterly she quickly made ground off a strong pace to win a 1400m Leopardstown Listed race.

Green Spirit

Unbeaten in four starts (starting favourite each time) and likely to be formidable again here. Achieved her personal best so far with a decisive G2 win over C&D last month.

Ozone

Has won both starts efficiently. Latterly she proved way too good for five rivals in a 1600m Listed event at Lyon Parilly. This looks much stronger but she’s respected.
