Permission has been granted for Jockey K C Leung to be absent from Hong Kong in order to partner LUCKY SWEYNESSE in the Sprinters Stakes (G1) to be conducted at the Nakayama Racecourse, Japan on Sunday, 28 September 2025.  As such, Jockey Leung will not be available to accept race riding engagements at the Sha Tin racemeeting on that day.

Permission has also been granted for Jockey Zac Purton to be absent from Hong Kong in order to partner KA YING RISING in The Everest (G1) to be conducted at Royal Randwick Racecourse, Australia on Saturday, 18 October 2025.  Jockey Purton is also granted leave to partner KA YING RISING in a trial in Australia on 7 October 2025.  Jockey Purton will return to Hong Kong in time to fulfil his race riding engagements at the Happy Valley racemeeting on Wednesday, 8 October 2025 and also the Sha Tin racemeeting on Sunday, 19 October 2025.
