| 6 | Mona Trezy | Competes over a variety of trips, his last win coming over 2700m at Chantilly. Needs to improve on recent efforts. |
| 7 | Creekattemps | Only win came in a modest event over 1950m last year. Yet to really prove herself at this trip. |
| 8 | Theatre Lodge | Has winning form at modest level in Italy. Hasn’t looked like winning in three French starts. |
| 9 | Grand Art | More effective over obstacles over notably longer trips than this. Hard to recommend. |
| 10 | Honguemare | Effective at Saint-Cloud as she showed by winning a 2100m handicap here in March. Handles this longer trip. |
| 11 | Hamilton | Bounced back to winning form on his latest start, bravely scoring over this course and distance in a finish where only 2L separated the first nine. |
| 12 | Keen Approach | Only one career win so far and that came over shorter on Deauville’s polytrack surface. Others preferred. |
| 13 | Peaceful Sea | Hasn’t won since her career debut. Plenty of Saint-Cloud experience but over shorter trips than this. |
| 14 | Clair De Lune | Though her career wins have come at lesser tracks than this she is proven effective over this trip. |
