Comes into this first-up after finishing 5th, beaten 1.9L, in last December’s Listed Pakenham Cup (2500m). Form before that was consistent and rates a chance.

Bankers Choice

Has changed racing pattern in recent starts when he has led. Raced twice since winning over 2040m in December. Not beaten far last over 2000m at Caulfield. Creates interest.

Etna Rosso

Was big odds and ran accordingly when resumed at Randwick over 1600m on 8 February. Made up some ground to finish 5.07L 10th. Can improve quickly.

Positivity

Has won G3 at the track and distance and is having her second start back after finishing 20th in the G1 Melbourne Cup (3200m). Resumed with a 4.15L last of 6 over 1600m at Flemington on 18 January. Is better than that.

Dashing Duchess

Capable mare who is on the improve. Was solid when resuming over 1600m at Caulfield, beaten 3.65L. Rise in distance is ideal and has won previously won second-up.

Was below best at last start when dropped back in class to finish eighth of 10, beaten 4.93L over 2000m at Caulfield. Needs to improve quickly on past few.

Has been placed twice at the track and distance. Past two have been good, including 0.45L 3rd over 2000m at Caulfield. Likes to race handy.

Torranzino

Has won two from three at the track and distance Will get back but will charge home. Was big odds when finished eighth of 12 at last start in G3 over 1600m here, beaten 4.91L. Others appeal more but distance suits as a place chance.
