RACE 9 – LUPO SOLITARIO

LUPO SOLITARIO, which fell near the 150 Metres, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time the horse was found to have blood in the left nostril. An endoscopic examination conducted on LUPO SOLITARIO found that there was no blood in its trachea and therefore the blood in the nostril was determined to be not coming from the lungs and as such the horse was deemed not to have bled. LUPO SOLITARIO was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer F C Lor this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its left front leg. Before being allowed to race again, LUPO SOLITARIO will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

The Veterinary Officer reported that examinations conducted this morning of all other horses inspected during yesterday’s race meeting were shown to have no significant findings.
