Sa Sa Ladies’ Purse Day, presented by The Hong Kong Jockey Club and Sa Sa International Holdings Limited, will be staged on Sunday, 3 November at Sha Tin Racecourse.
This year marks the 20th edition of the town’s most glamorous lifestyle racing event, in the theme of “Race in Style”, where world-class sport meets fashion and elegance; the racing action is highlighted by the HK$4.2 million G3 Sa Sa Ladies’ Purse Handicap (1800m). First run in 1846, the Sa Sa Ladies’ Purse, formerly the Ladies’ Purse, is one of Hong Kong’s oldest races.
This year’s ambassador Charlene Choi will grace the event, complementing her outfit with a chic hat, and is to make appearances at various key moments on the day. Fans planning on attending Sa Sa Ladies’ Purse Day may visit the event’s theme site to get inspiration from Choi.
