At the Happy Valley racemeeting conducted tonight, Apprentice Jockey E C W Wong rode his 20th winner in Hong Kong on DRAGON DELIGHT.  As such, Apprentice Wong’s claiming allowance is now reduced to 7 lbs commencing with the Sha Tin racemeeting scheduled to be conducted on Sunday, 5 May 2024.
