HKJC Horse Race Betting Limited will simulcast ten races of Cape Town Met Day from Kenilworth Racecourse in South Africa on Saturday, 27 January. Bets will be accepted* for these races. Two Double Trio pools and Double will be offered.
World Pool will also be hosted (Win, Place, Quinella, Quinella Place and Forecast) to ensure maximum liquidity for racing fans. Under World Pool branding as one of the betting partners of Cape Town Met Day, the HKJC has naming rights for one race of the meeting, namely World Pool Cape Flying Championship (S1-6).

Any ticket or betline with a total losing bet amount of HK$10,000 or above will be eligible to receive a rebate of 6% – Four Place dividends will be offered for overseas races with 21 or more declared starters at the commencement of selling – All Up as well as Cross Pool All Up bets are available for S1-1 to S1-10, but cannot mixed with local races – Any jackpot generated from Double Trio in this meeting will be carried forward to Saudi Cup Day on 24 February – The final betting pool arrangement is subject to the Club’s final announcement |

“S1” must be indicated for overseas race bets
Customers betting with cash or through Digital Channels** on overseas races should mark the “S1 box” and race number on the ticket or as required by the Digital Channels** interfaces. Those placing bets via Telebet should clearly indicate the overseas race and race number to the operators. Those using the 1886 Telebet Automated Services should input “overseas race” and the race number, respectively.
If “S1” is not indicated as required, any bets placed will be accepted as bets for the corresponding local race.

Ticket sales arrangement for the overseas races
Ticket sales for Cape Town Met Day will be available from 12:00 noon on Friday, 26 January.(Subject to further announcement by the Club)
