Only career win came in a Saint-Cloud handicap over 1600m and hasn’t so far thrived at this longer trip.

Bremontier

A winner at Dieppe on his career debut but plenty of failures since though his close third at Longchamp last time was a solid effort.

Cisky

A disappointing favourite at Chantilly last time, but returns to a track which has yielded two wins and three places in six attempts.

Far Mountain Emery

The mare has done the bulk of her racing in the provinces (two wins), but difficult to situate otherwise.

Green Curry

This veteran is still capable of some good efforts and was an 1800m Chantilly handicap winner in February. Back in 2020 he won over this course and distance.

King Of Twist

Only one win since 2019 which doesn’t provide much confidence for this test.

Miles

One of her best runs did come at Deauville when second, but over a notably longer trip than this. Yet to win a race.

Moudir

In top form at Cagnes early in the year, winning a 1600m handicap. Has failed to make much impact in 12 starts since.

Multamis

Only French win so far came in a 2000m claimer at Pau in 2021. Won two handicaps at Epsom when formerly trained in the UK.

Nebuchadnasser

This gelding has had some long absences between races and is very hard to fancy on the basis of recent form.

Perfect Liaison

Has raced over a variety of trips and different tracks this year but it has not helped much so far, and struggled again on her latest start.

Sleeper

Signed off last season with course win over 2500 metres, but yet to resurface in five starts this year.

Tarahumara Queen

Had a good spell earlier this year including a course and distance handicap win here.

Van Halo

Did win over this course and distance back in 2021 but there have been plenty of Deauville disappointments since. Won a 2100m Chantilly handicap in May.
