The Appeal lodged by Jockey S De Sousa against the severity of the penalty imposed by the Stipendiary Stewards on 12 May 2023 to disqualify him for ten months from 12 May 2023 to 11 March 2024 (both dates inclusive), for a breach of Rule 59 (3), will be heard at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday 30 May 2023 in the Inquiry Room at the Happy Valley Racecourse via video conferencing.
