The Stewards today resumed the inquiry commenced on 15 December 2022 into a matter referred to them by Mr K L Cheng, Head of Dual Site Stables Operations, in respect of the conduct of a member of staff allocated to the stable of Trainer A T Millard that had been reported to him by Mr Millard.

Further evidence was taken from Mr Millard and the relevant member of stable staff, and the results of investigations that have been undertaken over the intervening period were tabled.

The Stewards will provide a report of their findings to relevant Management.
