Winter grass overseeding works will be commencing for the Sha Tin Turf Track and the Trotting Ring grass paddock from Monday 25 October 2021 onwards.  The following arrangements will be made to allow for winter grass establishment at the 1800M Chute.  Horses eligible for Tuesday’s and Saturday’s turf gallops will not be affected.

(i)      1 November (Monday)
The 1800M Chute will be open for stall tests, horses rated 121 or above and horses entered for Happy Valley Meeting on 3 November &  horses intended to be entered for Sha Tin Meeting on Sunday 7 November 2021 only.

(ii)     4 November (Thursday)
The 1800M Chute will be open for stall tests, horses rated 121 or above and horses entered for Sha Tin Meeting on Sunday 7 November only.

(iii)     Trotting Ring Grass Paddock
The Trotting Ring Grass Paddock will be closed from Thursday 4 November to Thursday 18 November 2021 and this area will not be available for gate practice.
