G2 – 2000m – Turf

Wisteria Walk Useful filly who is rarely far off the winner. Uncertain to stay 2000m. Could place.
She’s A Keeper Highly regarded filly who was supported to win the G1 Durban July but finished 10th. Has won five of her seven starts and looks the main threat to Summer Pudding.
Electric Surge Fourth in a Listed and second in a G2 recently, the former over this course and distance and the latter over 2400m. Not well handicapped and a place chance at best.
Mama Pyjama Fourth in a G2 last time but is held by Electric Surge. Well out at the weights and many others are preferred.

Scented Mistress Finished an excellent third in the G1 Woolavington 2000 over this course and distance. Has a winning chance if the top contenders fluff their lines.
Running Brave Has been runner-up to Summer Pudding in two G1 races but has had three poor races in succession. Will need to find her best form to feature but if she does, has a chance.
Victoria Paige Very nice filly who is currently in good form but now takes a massive jump in class. Still needs to prove she will stay 2000m. Place chance.
Chat Ching Has placed in four G1 races and was a 1.55L 5th last time in the G1 Garden Province Stakes. Will need to do more to win but must have strong place claims.
Sentbydestiny Won a G1 at this course as a juvenile, beating the colts over 1600m. Has not reproduced that form since but is capable. If producing her best form, could be a decent outsider.
Heart Stwings Stable companion to Summer Pudding and is a strong frontrunner who will ensure there is an honest pace for her stablemate. Could hang on for a place.
Mount Laurel Ran a decent fourth in the G1 Garden Province Stakes over 1600m but has yet to perform over any further.
Jasmine Lightly raced runner who takes a massive jump in class. As a one-time winner she is not well weighted but there is room for improvement.
Summer Pudding Last season’s Horse Of The Year. Brilliant filly who has won 11 of her 13 starts, including four G1s. Comes back from a short rest but stands out as the best bet on the card.
Catchafallingstar Is well held on form, is badly out at the weights and looks an optimistic entry.
