The Hong Kong Jockey Club (the Club) would like to clarify that a pre-action settlement has been reached with Mr. Mok Chun Wa’s family. The proceedings issued by Mok’s family are a legal procedure required for the approval of the settlement terms and a date has already been fixed by the Court to process the matter.
