The Stewards have been provided with written advice from Racing Victoria that CONQUEROR (E133), which raced under the same name prior to being imported into Hong Kong, wore blinkers in a number of its race starts conducted in that jurisdiction.

Mr D A Hayes, trainer of CONQUEROR, has requested to race the horse in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test. Mr Hayes’s request has been approved.
