| 1 | Daimei Princess | Two-time G3 winner over 1000m and 1200m. No match for the winners this term when placed in the Open Class Idaten Stakes (1000m) at Niigata in May and followed that with a 5th in the G3 Ibis Summer Dash (1000m) at Niigata in July. No luck for room when 13th in G3 Kitakyushu Kinen (1200m) in August latest. Settles back. Best on firm and good. |
| 2 | Mozu Superflare | Scored her first G1 triumph in the Takamatsunomiya Kinen (1200m) in March. Even gaining 14kg, the 5yo mare ran 2nd to Red En Ciel in the G3 Kitakyushu Kinen (1200m) at Kokura in August the following start. Best at Nakayama with 3 wins and 2 seconds in 5 starts. Leads or sits prominently. No ground issues. |
| 3 | Danon Smash | Switched and focused on 1200m sprints in July 2018 and since then has notched four wins in G3 company. Returned to 1400m to win the G2 Keio Hai Spring Cup at Tokyo in May and was then 8th in the G1 Yasuda Kinen (1600m) in June. Spelled for 3 months and returned to win the G2 Centaur Stakes (1200m) last out. Settles handily or leads. |
| 4 | King Heart | 6 wins at 1200m and 1400m from 45 career outings. Last won in March 2018 when taking a G3 at the course and distance. Disappointed when 13th in the G2 Centaur Stakes at the distance on 13 September last out at Chukyo. Settles back for a finish. |

Stepped back to 1200m for the first time for an eye-catching 1L 2nd behind Danon Smash in the G2 Centaur Stakes last out. Settles midfield or better. Handles all going. |

Unsuited to the rain-affected track at Sapporo when 7th in the G3 Keeneland Cup (1200m) in August last out. Settles midfield but sometimes races on the speed. |

Ran 3rd in this year’s Takamatsunomiya Kinen (1200m) before his 2L win in the G3 Hakodate Sprint Stakes (1200m) in June. Hold-up runner but settles handily at times. |

Ran strong to take her 2nd G1 title in the Yasuda Kinen (1600m) in June, having denied race favourite, Almond Eye a historical 8th G1 victory. Ran a brave 3rd against the boys in the G1 Asahi Hai Futurity Stakes (1600m) in 2018, also when runner-up in the G1 Takamatsunomiya Kinen (1200m) in March. No ground worries. Races midfield or better. |

Winner of the 2yo G3 Hakodate Nisai Stakes (1200m) last year. Notched another major win after making all in the Listed Aoi Stakes (1200m) in May, before a solid 5th behind Danon Smash in the G2 Centaur Stakes (1200m) last out. Best when leads. Relishes firm going. |
| 13 | Red En Ciel | Finished below par in first two starts this term but improved significantly for 3rd behind Love Kampf in the G3 CBC Sho (1200m) at Hanshin in July. Went a step further with his 1.75L score in the G3 Kitakyushu Kinen (1200m) over good ground last out. Settles midfield or closer. No track concerns. |
