The Licensing Committee has previously resolved to grant a Freelance Jockey’s licence for the remainder of the 2018/2019 racing season to Dylan H T Mo to take effect on the day following the race meeting at which he rides his 70th race winner in Hong Kong.  As Jockey Mo rode his 70th winner in Hong Kong at the Happy Valley meeting held last night, he will ride as a Freelance Jockey at the Happy Valley race meeting scheduled to be conducted on Wednesday, 27 March 2019 the day on which he is due to resume riding following a previously incurred suspension.

Accordingly, his weight allowance will automatically reduce from 5 lbs to 3 lbs with immediate effect.
