Having first start for new stable after stringing together nine wins from 13 starts. Excels at 1000m and sure to be prominent for a long way.

Course and distance specialist with four wins and five minor placings from 14 starts here. Led and weakened for 2.3L 6th to Joliestar in G1 T J Smith Stakes (1200m) on 4 April. At peak fitness now.

Ostraka

Has struggled since winning G3 over 1300m at Randwick in October 2024. Not beaten far when 1.92L 10th in G1 The Galaxy (1100m) at Rosehill on 21 March but needs to improve.

The Inflictor

Has seven wins and 13 minor placings from 30 starts but this is a major step up in class. Form last campaign was moderate with last-start 4.5L 9th over a 1800m listed race at Rosehill on 8 November. Yet to win when resuming.

King’s Secret

Made good progress last preparation with successive wins over 1100m and 1200m but is yet to hit the mark since. Needs to improve on 3.04L 8th in G3 over 1200m at Rosehill on 28 March.

Kerguelen

Racing well with two wins from his past three starts, including fast-finishing victory over 1100m at Rosehill on 21 February. Backmarker who will need luck but respect.

Mal Coupe

Racing in tremendous form in lower grades and caught the eye with 1.9L 4th in G3 over 1200m at Rosehill on 28 March. This is a challenge but cannot dismiss.

Brave One

Resuming after finishing last campaign with 0.68L third over this course and distance in December. This is a steep rise in class but has claims.

Yet to win in city grade but racing well with 0.36L second in G2 over 1400m at Rosehill on 8 November. Improving type who cannot be ruled out.
