Never too far away with three seconds from six starts. Ran on fairly for 5.55L 5th to Campione D’Italia G1 ATC Sires’ Produce Stakes (1400m) at Randwick on 4 April. Worth considering.

Southend

Unbeaten in two starts with win over 1300m at Newcastle on 6 March followed by 1.18L victory in G3 T L Baillieu Handicap (1400m) on 28 March. Top chance again.

Diameter

Racing in great form and broke through for deserved win in the Listed Fernhill Mile Handicap (1600m) at Randwick on 11 April. This is a step up in grade but warrants consideration.

Persian Wonder

Yet to win in five starts but showed plenty of improvement with 1.18L second in G3 T L Baillieu Handicap (1400m) behind Southend on 28 March. On the rise, place hope.

Don’t Look Back

Gosford maiden winner over 1100m on 14 March who ran well when 2.05L third to Diameter in the Listed Fernhill Mile Handicap (1600m) at Randwick on 11 April. Good run last start, place.

Nomadic

Showed very little in first two starts before rattling home for 1.2L third in G3 T L Baillieu Handicap (1400m) behind Southend on 28 March. Much improved last start, but this is tougher.

Am I Dreaming

Hawkesbury maiden winner over 1300m who finished 11th in G1 ATC Sires’ Produce Stakes (1400m) at Randwick on 4 April before 2.62L 5th in the Listed Fernhill Mile Handicap (1600m) at Randwick on 11 April. Needs to improve.

Miss Chanel

Has missed a place only once in six starts and continues to show impressive talent. Made up a lot of ground from the home turn to finish 0.76L second to Campione D’Italia  in the G1 ATC Sires’ Produce Stakes (1400m) at Randwick on 4 April. One of the main chances.

Grinzinger Heart

Led all the way to win the G2 VRC Sires’ Produce Stakes (1400m) at Flemington on 7 March and trialled strongly since. Untapped filly who has always shown decent ability.

Displayed decent talent in only two starts with 3L second in G3 over 1200m at Flemington on 28 March before 0.9L second in Listed Fernhill Mile Handicap (1600m) behind Diameter at Randwick on 11 April. One of the chances.

Placed only once in four career starts but not disgraced when making solid ground when 4.31L eighth in Listed Fernhill Mile Handicap (1600m) behind Diameter at Randwick on 11 April. Needs to improve.
