Raced handy but was one-paced the end of G3 2400m for 3.88L ninth on 21 March. Distance suits and is worth another chance.

Won at the track and distance in G3 last October when raced handy. Four runs back since then have been good, including last start G3 0.95L fourth over 2400m when got well back. Top chance.

Hasn’t won since 2024 but is capable. Didn’t back-up his good second-up run when battled one pace in G3 2400m on 21 March. Track/distance winner.

Lightly-raced and looms as the one to beat after two solid runs, including 0.24L third in G3 2400m on 21 March. Is G1 placed at 2400m.

His run ended abruptly at the 200m mark when he ran 14.36L last in Listed 2000m on 7 March. Needs to find rapid improvement.

Taramansour

Improved performance last start when finished 0.19L second in G3 2400m on 21 March when ran on well. Has been placed twice at the distance and is contender here.

Disappointing last start when didn’t beat a runner home over 2400m in G3 when a fading 11.54L from the winner. Others better.

Age Of Sail

Finished 8.1L third at last start in G2 Auckland Cup (3200m) on 7 March. Ran on okay but no match for winner. Has since had 1000m trial. Distance suits.

Jumped awkwardly last start and battled on well for 0.97L fifth in G3 2400m at big odds. Has won twice over 2500m in France. Distance is ideal.

Worked home well from the back of the field for a respectable sixth at huge odds in G3 2400m on 21 March. Former Italian galloper who needs further improvement to score first win since 2023.

Last two runs have been in 2000m Listed races where he has been well beaten to finish eighth both times. Needs vast improvement on last 5.15L defeat on 20 March.
