G1 – 1600m – Turf

1

Double Grand Slam

Showed her class with victory in the G1 Majorca Stakes (1600m) when last in action on 31 January and is the one to beat here. Will be short in the markets and should win.

2

Rainbow Lorikeet

Finished only 0.3L behind Double Grand Slam in that G1 Majorca Stakes (1600m) and again looms as one of her biggest dangers. Keep safe.

3

Callmegetrix

Super-consistent five-year-old mare has finished in the top three in all but four of her 28 starts, winning seven times. Might lack the class to win here but can certainly place.

4

Rodeo Drive

Finished 2025 on a winning note but was only moderate on her return from a spell, finishing sixth on 21 March, and she will likely lack the fitness to be competitive at this level. Prefer others.

5

Minogue

Was more than five lengths adrift of Double Grand Slam when eighth in January’s G1 Majorca Stakes (1600m) and her form in recent months suggests she’s unlikely to figure here.

6

Kisshoten

Was a handy third in a Listed race over this course and distance last start but this is a big ask off that form and others appeal more.

7

Famous Lady

Is only four years old and may still be open to improvement, but failed to beat a runner home when stepping up to Listed level last start and is unlikely to be a factor here.

8

Past Is Prologue

Lightly raced four-year-old gets her chance in the big time off a couple of recent wins in lesser company. Will struggle to trouble the leading hopes here.

9

Golden Palm

Was only a length off the winner when second in the G1 SA Fillies Classic (1800m) last start and looks very well placed here. Strong each-way chance.

10

Scarlett Heart

Was only a length and a half behind Golden Palm in the G1 SA Fillies Classic (1800m) and is a two-time course and distance winner. Can place.
