The Stewards have approved an application submitted by Mr C H Yip, the trainer of last start winner FAST NETWORK, to remove Blinkers from the gear carried by that horse in the stated race.

The Stewards interviewed Mr Yip who advised that with FAST NETWORK stepping up in distance to 1600 Metres, he removed Blinkers from the horse in its trial over 1600 Metres on 27 March 2026 and he is satisfied that the removal of this piece of equipment will assist the horse settling better over a longer distance.
