G3 – 1600m – Dirt

1

Acknowledgemeplz

Has shown some ability early in his career in the United States, winning once from four starts and never running badly, and could well find the improvement needed to figure here. Each-way hope.

2

Al Haram

Has made an exciting start to his career with three wins from as many starts, with all coming at this course and distance. Deserves his spot here and is certainly not out of place.

3

Best Green

Japanese galloper who reeled off four consecutive wins to begin his career before suffering his first blemish when finishing third last start. Among the top hopes.

4

Cielo Di Roma

Has made a promising start to his career in France, winning twice from four starts and already competing at G1 level, albeit finishing seventh. Did win on the polytrack last start but would need to improve again to feature in the finish.

5

Keiai Agito

Has won twice and finished second once from three starts to begin his career in Japan, with all of his runs coming on the dirt. Widest gate will make his life hard here.

6

My World

American colt is already a Listed winner with four starts into his career and has lost just once. Has drawn a middle gate and looks one of the top chances.

7

Obliteration

Exciting colt finished fourth in the G1 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint (1000m) and he also has form on the dirt. The mile is an unknown but he should still be around the mark.

8

Satono Voyage

Finished second on debut before reeling off three consecutive victories, the most recent over a mile on dirt. Is constantly improving and looks the one to beat here.

9

Shayem

Another to have made a running start to his career, winning three of his four starts in the United Kingdom. Would need to find another gear to truly measure up here but does look capable of more.

10

Tuwajeri

Local galloper began his career in the United Kingdom before moving to Saudi Arabia. Is more exposed than most of his rivals and looks to have his work cut out here.

11

Union Security

Successful in one of four starts, the colt from the United Arab Emirates has placed in two of his other three runs and has already had exposure at G3 level. Outside chance of placing.

12

Very Connected

Jets in from the United States to tackle this contest but his form at home suggests he’s not among the top raiders making the trip. Look elsewhere.

13

Wonder Dean

Like most Japanese gallopers who travel, he must be respected but he’s not among the Land of the Rising Sun’s top picks here. Has only ever run at 1800m. Prefer others.

14

Tokai Ma Cherie

The lone filly in the race, the last of the Japanese contingent will benefit from some weight relief and is a last-start winner. Consider on a place line.
