Japanese galloper comes off a solid fourth in the G3 Saudi Derby (1600m) last month and boasts a second behind Pyromancer on home soil. Each-way chance.

Local colt looks the biggest threat to Pyromancer after winning three of his first four starts, including the G3 UAE 2000 Guineas (1600m) at Meydan last time out.

Go Man

French galloper has shown plenty in eight starts, winning twice – including at Listed level – and placing four times. Those runs have all come on turf, however, and he’s largely an unknown here.

Salloom

Another of the local brigade, this son of Authentic burst onto the scene to win his debut run by nearly seven lengths. This is a big ask at only start two but he should be right in the hunt for a placing.

Brotherly Love

Jamie Osborne-trained colt has been in Dubai since November, winning twice to go with two seconds from the five starts, but he struggled in his only Group assignment, finishing nearly 15 lengths adrift of Six Speed. Prefer others.

Devon Island

Victorious in two of three Meydan starts and second in the other when finding only Six Speed too good in the G3 UAE 2000 Guineas (1600m) on 23 January. Each-way chance.

Rammaas

Began his career in the United States before joining Bhupat Seemar in Dubai. Is a last-start Jebel Ali winner but doesn’t look ready to figure here.

Union Security

Finished a nice third behind Six Speed in the G3 UAE 2000 Guineas (1600m) on 23 January before struggling in the G3 Saudi Derby (1600m) last month. Outside place hope.

Duke Of Immatin

Finished back in the field in January’s G3 UAE 2000 Guineas (1600m) before a course-and-distance second behind Brotherly Love last month. Lacks the class to be truly competitive here.

Lino Padrino

Saluted on debut but has produced only middling form behind some of these since and shapes as one of the outsiders of the field. Look elsewhere.

Lone filly in the field has reeled off a hat-trick of wins culminating in victory in the G3 UAE Oaks (1900m) at this course and distance. Each-way chance with weight relief.
