| 5 | Reserve Bank | Won G1 The Goodwood (1200m) at Morphettville on 10 May and has had two trials in preparation for this. Made strong progress last campaign. Definite chance. |
| 6 | Jedibeel | Has five wins and four minor placings over 1100m and resumed with solid fourth in G1 Oakleigh Plate (1100m) at Caulfield on 21 February. Chance on best form. |
| 7 | In Flight | Outstanding 1100m sprinter with seven wins and three minor placings from 14 attempts. Will improve for first-up seventh behind Generosity over 1000m at Randwick on 7 March. |
| 8 | Marhoona | Disappointed with 3.56L sixth in G1 Lightning Stakes (1000m) at Flemington on 14 February before good second to Generosity over 1000m at Randwick on 7 March. Place hope. |

| 12 | Enriched | Finished strong autumn campaign with victory in G2 Arrowfield 3yo Sprint (1200m). Second-up from long spell with fast-finishing second to King Of Roseau over 1300m at Randwick on 28 February. Approaching peak fitness now, respect. |
| 13 | Infancy | G2 winner who struggled for form last preparation but has had three trials in preparation for this. Yet to win in three starts at Rosehill. Hard to recommend. |
