| 4 | Headley Grange | Made up good ground when big odds to finish 4th, beaten 1.28L, in G1 1300m on 7 March. Needs to repeat that to trouble the top few here but likes the track and distance. |
| 5 | Yorkshire | Went forward to sit second in G1 1300m on 7 March. Was under pressure at the 400m mark but kept battling to finish 1.42L 5th. Has won twice at the track and distance. Worth following second-up. |
| 6 | Linebacker | Didn’t have much luck last start when finished 1.5L 7th of 10 in G1 1300m on 7 March. He was strong to the line and the 1500m should help his chances. |

| 9 | Lady Shenandoah | Has finished third at her last two runs this campaign, including 1.19L in G1 1300m on 7 March when raced wide and without cover in middle stages. Likes the track and can figure. |
| 10 | Beiwacht | Led in G1 1300m but run down to finish 0.59L second on 7 March. Has won in G1 1400m but is yet to race at 1500m which shouldn’t be a problem. In the mix. |
| 11 | Attica | Lightly-raced three-year-old with three wins, a second and a third from six starts. Battled okay for 5.15L third in G1 1600m on 7 March. Is G1 2000m winner. Place looks best. |
| 12 | Nepotism | Began awkwardly and lost ground when 2.95L last in G1 1300m on 7 March. Failed to finish off the race and is entitled to be massive odds again. |
