Triple G1 winner racing below his best. Two starts ago he finished 6.51L 7th to Kingswood in a 2000m G1 here. Then 3.29L 9th also at G1 over 1600m here. Needs to improve.

Returned to form with 0.18L 2nd in a G1 over 1600m at Ellerslie last start. Finished 4th to Via Sistina in a G1 at Flemington over 2000m last November. Each-way.

Racing consistently with thirds at his last four starts. The last one was in a 2000m G1 when beaten 2.03L by Legarto at Te Rapa. Respect.

He’s won seven of his 21 starts and got up in the last stride to win a G2 over 1600m at Trentham on 17 January. In form but this is slightly harder.

He followed G3 win over 1600m at Ellerslie with a 1.31L 5th in a G1 over the same distance at Ellerslie. Extra distance suits. He should run well.

Champion mare who returned to her best when narrow winner at G1 level over 2000m at Te Rapa. She finished second in this race last year.

Sat three wide and still managed to win a G1 over 1600m here last start, narrowly defeating Pier. Include in the main chances.

Triple G1 winner having her first start over 2000m. She worked home for last start 0.96L 3rd to Jaarffi in a G1 1600m here. Worth thought.

She’s had 12 unplaced runs since her last win. First-up she suffered interference when 10.31L 5th over 1600m at Matamata. Needs to lift.
