RACE 4 – GOOD LUCK HAPPY
GOOD LUCK HAPPY, which performed disappointingly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. GOOD LUCK HAPPY was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer A S Cruz this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its left hind leg. As previously advised, GOOD LUCK HAPPY will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination before being allowed to race again.
RACE 5 – VOYAGE CAPTAIN
The Veterinary Surgeon reported that VOYAGE CAPTAIN was lame in its right front leg on the morning after racing. Before being allowed to race again, VOYAGE CAPTAIN will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
The Veterinary Officer reported that examinations conducted this morning of all other horses inspected during yesterday’s race meeting were shown to have no significant findings.
