HKJC Horse Race Betting Limited will broadcast a total of 12 overseas races in Hong Kong on Sunday, 27 July, including ten races of Champions Cup Day from Greyville Racecourse in South Africa and two races of Grosser Preis Bayerisches Zuchtrennen Day from Munich Racecourse in Germany. Bets will be accepted* for these races.
World Pool will be offered in both meetings to ensure maximum liquidity for racing fans. For races of Champions Cup Day, World Pool will be available on Win, Place, Quinella, Quinella Place and Forecast. For races of Grosser Preis Bayerisches Zuchtrennen Day, World Pool will be available on Win, Place, Quinella, Quinella Place, Forecast and Tierce.
The HKJC, along with its World Pool branding, continues to be the title sponsor of Champions Cup Day; hence the HKJC has the naming rights for 8 races of the meeting (S3-2 to S3-5; S3-7 to S3-10). Also under World Pool branding as one of the betting partners of Grosser Preis Bayerisches Zuchtrennen Day, the HKJC has naming rights for one race of the meeting, namely HKJC World Pool Handicap (S4-1).
To enhance customers’ digital service experience, the Club has introduced arrow markers in the “Last Race Replay” videos for runners in overseas key races. These markers are designed to help customers track the performance of their selected horses. Visit the “Racing Info (Simulcast)” webpage to download the “Form Guide” and view the “Last Race Replay” videos in the past performance section for each horse.
Race times and betting pools
The simulcast races of Champions Cup Day are scheduled as S3-1 to S3-10, and are due to start at 6:15 pm on 27 July. During this time, there will also be the simulcast races of Grosser Preis Bayerisches Zuchtrennen Day which are scheduled as S4-1 to S4-2, and are due to start at 7:20 pm in the same evening. Any ticket or betline with a total losing bet amount of HK$10,000 or above will be eligible to receive a rebate of 6% – Four Place dividends will be offered for overseas races (excludes outbound commingling pools) with 21 or more declared starters at the commencement of selling – All Up as well as Cross Pool All Up betting are available for S3-1 to S3-10, but cannot be mixed with other simulcast overseas races – If there is no winner of the Double Trio, the jackpot generated will be carried forward to the Double Trio Jackpot Reserve – The final betting pool arrangement is subject to the final announcement of the Club |

“S3” or “S4” must be indicated for overseas race bets
Customers betting with cash or through Digital Channels** on overseas races should mark the “S3 box” or “S4 box” and race number on the ticket or as required by the Digital Channels** interfaces. Those placing bets via Telebet should clearly indicate the overseas race and race number to the operators. Those using the 1886 Telebet Automated Services should input “overseas race” and the race number, respectively.

Ticket sales arrangement for the overseas races
