Simulcast and betting arrangements for Tattersalls Gold Cup and Irish 1000 Guineas
HKJC Horse Race Betting Limited will simulcast Tattersalls Gold Cup and Irish 1000 Guineas from Curragh Racecourse in Ireland on Sunday, 25 May. Bets will be accepted* for these races.
World Pool will be offered in the two races (Win, Place, Quinella, Quinella Place, Forecast and Tierce) to ensure maximum liquidity for racing fans.
Race times and betting pools
The simulcast races of Tattersalls Gold Cup and Irish 1000 Guineas are scheduled as S3-1 and S3-2, and are due to start at 10:05 pm and 10:40 pm respectively on 25 May. Details of the post time and betting pools are:

– Rebates will be offered for the pools of Win, Place, Quinella, and Quinella Place on losing bets placed on simulcast overseas races (excludes outbound commingling pools). Any ticket or betline with a total losing bet amount of HK$10,000 or above will be eligible to receive a rebate of 6% |

Broadcast arrangements
Simulcast races will be broadcast on TV and radio. Customers can also review the overseas races at www.racing.hkjc.com one hour after each race has finished. The broadcasting arrangements for the simulcast races are as follows:

“S3” must be indicated for overseas race bets
Customers betting with cash or through Digital Channels** on overseas races should mark the “S3 box” and race number on the ticket or as required by the Digital Channels** interfaces. Those placing bets via Telebet should clearly indicate the overseas race and race number to the operators. Those using the 1886 Telebet Automated Services should input “overseas race” and the race number, respectively.
If “S3” is not indicated as required, any bets placed will be accepted as bets for the corresponding local race.
Odds and starter information for overseas races
The odds and starter information for overseas races will be available at all OCBBs# and via Digital Channels**.
Ticket sales arrangement for the overseas races
Tickets for Tattersalls Gold Cup and Irish 1000 Guineas will be available for sale from 3:30 pm on Saturday, 24 May. (Subject to further announcement by the Club)
