Before the race, the Honourable Tommy Cheung GBM GBS JP, Non-Official Member of the Executive Council and Member of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, presents a prize at the Parade Ring to the stable assistant responsible for Lucky Sweynesse, the best turned out horse for the Chairman’s Sprint Prize.
