At the time of declarations this morning, J Melham was notified as the rider of LUCKY COMBINATION in the above-mentioned race. It has subsequently been established that Jockey Melham is unable to fulfil the engagement as her flight arrangement does not allow her to do so. Accordingly the Stewards have approved for A Badel to be substituted as the rider of LUCKY COMBINATION in the stated race.

Jockey Melham and Trainer F C Lor will be interviewed as to the reason for Jockey Melham being initially declared for LUCKY COMBINATION in the stated race.
